Please note, even if you are required to enter credit card details, but you are on a free plan, these are the terms and conditions that will apply to your use of our products and services. These terms and conditions apply to both use of our products and services through our APIs or via the Bria application available on our website entitled “Starter”.
These terms and conditions provide for very limited warranties and liability and do not include support.

In addition, these terms and conditions also apply to customers interested in licensing our models to use or modify or create derivative or fine-tuned models based on Bria models (hosted by such customers or their hosting vendor as may be agreed). Derivative models may perform modified functionalities, beyond that available via Bria models, and fine-tuned models may be incrementally trained on customer data.
These terms and conditions provide for extended warranties and liability, especially with regards to infringement of copyrights in the framework of training Bria models. In addition, these terms and conditions include support services as further detailed in our Service Level Agreement.
