Position Overview
We’re looking for a technically skilled Sales Engineer with strong AI/ML expertise and a passion for solving complex challenges. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of technology and business—partnering with sales and engaging directly with customers to showcase our visual generative AI platform, design tailored integrations, and ensure technical success through the entire sales cycle. Key Responsibilities
-Act as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle, leading demos, deep-dives, and proof-of-concepts to showcase Bria’s value.
-Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, run technical discovery, and design tailored solution architectures.
-Develop and present custom integration strategies using Bria’s API, SDK, and platform capabilities, addressing technical questions and objections.
-Deliver workshops/training sessions to ensure smooth customer adoption & integration.
-Collaborate with Product/Engineering to relay customer feedback & influence roadmap.
-Create and maintain technical collateral such as solution briefs, reference architectures, and demo environments.
-Provide technical input for scoping, timelines, and resource needs during contract negotiations.
-Stay up to date on competitive trends and emerging technologies in gen AI and computer vision.
-Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless post-sale handoff and ongoing technical support.
-Contribute to best practices, playbooks, and sales engineering enablement materials.
-Represent Bria at events and customer forums as a subject matter expert.
-Willingness to travel 25–50%
Skills & Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting roles, preferably in AI/ML, computer vision, or creative technology domains.
-Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, generative AI technologies, and hands-on experience with model deployment and integration.
-Proficiency in APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
-Experience selling or implementing platform-based solutions in enterprise environments
-Proven track record of supporting complex technical sales cycles with measurable contribution to revenue targets.
-Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and consultative approach to customer challenges.
-Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
-Experience with creative tools, image processing, or responsible AI practices is a plus.
