About BRIA AI
Bria is a pioneering enterprise-grade Visual Generative AI platform founded 5 years ago and backed by prominent investors, including Intel Capital, GFT, Entree Capital, and Getty Images. Our platform empowers builders in enterprises to build and integrate Gen AI-based solutions without the risks of copyright, privacy, or AI regulatory violations while ensuring controllable and predictable content generation. At the core of our technology lies a groundbreaking attribution engine that solves one of the hardest challenges in generative AI - fair compensation for artists and data owners whose work contributes to AI training. This commitment to responsible AI isn't just a feature; it's fundamental to our DNA, enabling a sustainable AI economy where Gen AI technology, data ownership, and responsible AI participation coexist.
We serve innovative enterprises across various sectors, providing them with a comprehensive suite of GenAI tools, including image generation, editing, and tailored generation capabilities using API, source code available, or DIY approaches, all built on top of our proprietary foundation models trained on 100% licensed data. Our platform is trusted by industry leaders, including Publicis, WPP, Universal Music, Getty Images, P&G, and Renault, to name a few, who rely on Bria to power their next generation of AI-driven products and services while maintaining full compliance and brand consistency.
Position Overview
Visual production is at an inflection point—and you'll be on the front lines of that transformation. As a Creative Solutions Specialist at Bria, you'll work directly with leading studios and creative teams to design transformative AI workflows that will define the next decade of visual storytelling.
You'll bridge the worlds of art, technology, and AI to help our enterprise and studio customers design and deploy groundbreaking visual workflows. This role is part creative technologist, part artist, and part workflow architect—working hands-on with AI models, Python APIs, and digital content creation tools to demonstrate real-world production use cases in Film, VFX, Animation, Gaming, and Marketing.
This is both a customer-facing and deeply technical role: you'll collaborate with clients to prototype and test new pipelines, translate creative goals into technical implementations, develop proof-of-concept demonstrations for sales engagements, and provide the internal product and research teams with insights that shape our platform's evolution.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Design & Implementation
-Build, test, and document creative workflows that integrate Bria's generative visual tools into DCC tools and AI platforms (e.g., Nuke, Resolve, Unreal, Houdini, Maya, Photoshop, ComfyUI).-Design and execute custom model fine-tuning workflows for client-specific visual styles, brand assets, or production requirements.
-Prototype model training and deployment pipelines via Python and REST APIs.
-Develop example materials, templates, and assets that showcase new capabilities for customer pilots and proof-of-concept projects.
-Translate creative challenges into technical solutions and clearly communicate those workflows internally and externally.
Customer Enablement & Pre-Sales Support
-Collaborate with enterprise and studio customers to implement AI-driven creative pipelines during adoption and proof-of-concept phases.
-Serve as the technical and creative domain expert for sales engineering activities—developing reusable demo workflows, technical validation materials, and proof-of-concept implementations that accelerate customer evaluation cycles.
-Provide feedback to product and research teams on new features, training needs, and edge cases discovered through customer engagements.
-Create technical collateral, tutorial content, and case studies that showcase production implementations.
Product & Research Collaboration
-Serve as the voice of production reality—translating field insights from customer engagements into actionable product requirements and research priorities.
-Partner with Engineering and Research teams to define requirements for new functionality or model behavior needed in real-world creative use cases.
-Work with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure adoption goals and success metrics are met.
-Contribute to Bria's technical content ecosystem: workflow documentation, integration guides, reference implementations, and reusable workflow libraries.
What You'll Build
Your work will span technical prototypes, production tools, and educational content:
-Python scripts and automation tools that integrate Bria's API into episodic animation, VFX, or game asset workflows
-DCC plugins and extensions (Nuke gizmos, HDAs, Unreal integrations) that bring Bria capabilities into existing pipelines
-Custom training datasets and fine-tuned models for studio IP applications and brand-specific visual requirements
-Proof-of-concept demonstrations for sales engagements showcasing production-ready implementations
-Tutorial content, technical blog posts, and case studies that help creative teams understand and adopt AI-assisted workflowsSkills & Requirements
Required
-5+ years of experience in a creative technical role (e.g., Technical Artist, Pipeline TD, Creative Technologist, Solutions Engineer, or similar).
-Strong knowledge of production workflows in film, VFX, animation, or game development—you understand how professional creative teams evaluate quality and ship work.
-Working proficiency in Python and REST API integrations for prototyping workflows and building tools.
-Experience building tools, scripts, or workflows within DCC applications (e.g., Nuke, Resolve, Houdini, Maya, Unreal or Unity).
-Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools or generative visual systems (diffusion models, ControlNet, IP-Adapters, LoRA training, etc.).
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between creative intent and technical implementation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred
-Experience in a client-facing, pre-sales, or customer success environment within creative technology or production tools.
-Knowledge of MLOps concepts, dataset preparation, or model fine-tuning workflows for computer vision or generative models.
-Background in creative technology, applied AI, or technical direction in media production.
-Familiarity with GPU workflows, cloud-based rendering, or hybrid on-prem/cloud deployments.
-Experience creating technical documentation, tutorials, or educational content for creative audiences. Why Join BRIA AI?
