Project Manager - US based

You are

You will

• Become the first delivery employee in a rapidly growing startup. As the company’s first project manager, you’ll build processes, data-driven tools, and methodologies for project delivery.
• Lead the delivery of innovative software projects to achieve the project goals.
• Maintain constant customer satisfaction by providing proactive customer support.
• Act as a customer’s trusted advisor and point of contact for anything related to project delivery while representing them internally.
• Translate customer requirements into a detailed project plan/scope
• Identify and manage project risks and build an appropriate mitigation plan
• Think creatively to continuously implement new ideas and solutions that will improve processes
• Work in a hybrid model and travel overseas as needed

You have

• A BSc, ideally in Industrial Engineering/Computer Science/Business Management
• At least 4 years of experience as a project manager in a tech-oriented environment.
• Data analysis capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
