Position Overview

We are looking for a high-profile Thought Leader and Technology Advocate and to represent Bria in the rapidly evolving world of Visual Generative AI. This is a community-facing, cross-functional role designed for someone who wants to be at the frontline of the Gen AI evolution — not just building technology, but helping the world understand and use it responsibly.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape public discourse, own the narrative around how Gen AI transforms creativity, and create impact at scale by engaging with technical communities, thought leaders, and creative professionals across the industry.

As a public ambassador for Bria, you’ll drive creative empowerment through AI, lead conversations across forums and events, and help position Bria as a trusted, responsible, and open voice in the global Gen AI landscape

Key Responsibilities

Thought Leadership & Advocacy

• Represent Bria as a high-visibility spokesperson in external forums, conferences, hackathons, podcasts, and webinars. Contribute to shaping the professional conversation around Visual Gen AI through public speaking, technical storytelling, and direct engagement with the community.

Community Building

• Build, grow, and lead a vibrant and engaged technical community of developers, researchers, and creative technologists around Visual Gen AI technologies.

Technical Enablement & Demos

• Work hands-on with Bria’s models to create engaging demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical tutorials. Support customers, partners, and internal teams by making complex technologies accessible and practical.

Content Creation

• Produce thought leadership content — including blog posts, opinion pieces, videos, social posts, and tutorials — that inspire and educate the technical community while amplifying Bria’s voice in the industry.

Customer & Ecosystem Engagement

• Act as a trusted guide to clients and partners, explaining Gen AI capabilities in clear, compelling ways. Present use cases, success stories, and model behaviors to technical and business audiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with R&D, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align messaging, support strategic initiatives, and deliver cohesive community and client experiences.

Network Development

• Build strong relationships with key industry influencers, researchers, thought leaders, and open-source contributors to extend Bria’s reach and impact.

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in developer advocacy, technical community management, or technology evangelism — ideally from leading tech organizations (e.g. Google, Hugging Face, Microsoft, Amazon).

• Strong understanding of Visual Generative AI technologies — including diffusion models, fine-tuning methods, and model deployment pipelines.

• Hands-on experience with ML/AI tools, frameworks, and open-source models.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and technical writing.

• Experience simplifying complex technical topics for engineers, researchers, and decision-makers alike.

• Demonstrated ability to produce engaging and educational content for technical audiences.

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience speaking at tech conferences, webinars, hackathons, or industry events.
• Background working with or supporting creative professionals — such as designers, content creators, or brand teams — in visual or generative media domains.
• Familiarity with open-source and developer communities.
• Understanding of other generative AI domains (text, video, audio) — a strong plus.
• Prior experience in creative technology, digital media, or industries where visual storytelling is core.
• A strong public presence or portfolio of content that shaped industry conversations.
