Position Overview
As the Sales Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and aligning all revenue-generating functions to our strategic goals.
You will work closely with CGO, VP of Global Sales, VP of Marketing, and other company management to optimize sales, marketing, and customer success systems, processes, and tools. Your expertise in data, systems, and strategy will enable you to empower these teams and leadership stakeholders to deliver predictable revenue outcomes and exceptional customer experiences. You will report directly to our VP of Sales.
This is a unique opportunity to lead and build out the RevOps function at a rapidly growing company transforming the future of Visual Generative AI.
The role is strongly preferred to be based in the NYC Metro, with expectations of 2 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities

Position for an SDR team leader who will manage a hybrid team of humans and AI SDRs

Responsible for building cohesive sales pipeline strategies across verticals and globally, with a penchant for experimentation

Will coordinate with marketing while developing specific, tailored account strategies

Required to be fluent in modern tooling and open to AI technologies/AI-led SDRs

Will handle hiring, goal setting, performance reviews, and comp plan development
Skills & Requirements

5-7 years of SDR experience with 3+ years in leadership

Must be based in New York City

Open to building processes from scratch

Experience selling technical solutions to CTOs and building relationships with executives and developers (nice-to-have)

Self-driven individual willing to move fast and experiment
