Position Overview

Help build Bria AI’s finance backbone by owning all bookkeeping, administrative and finance operations end‑to‑end. You will partner closely with finance leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain precise financial records: AP/AR processing, bank and credit‑card reconciliations, and expense management.

• Drive month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close; prepare schedules and reports for finance leadership.

• Coordinate payroll with the external provider and lead the one‑time transition to in‑house payroll setup. 

• Manage vendor relationships: review contracts, process invoices, and execute payment runs.

• Ensure Israeli statutory compliance: VAT filings, tax payments, and statutory reports.

• Develop and document finance workflows; identify simple automation to accelerate close cycle.

• Investigate recurring discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and embed controls to prevent regressions

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of full‑charge bookkeeping in tech or fast‑paced startup environment

• Strong knowledge of US-GAAP‑based bookkeeping, Israeli VAT, and corporate tax

• Hands‑on with ERP/finance systems (NetSuite - advantage, Priority) and advanced spreadsheet skills

• Proven experience managing external finance vendors and driving process improvements

• Excellent English communication; Hebrew proficiency a plus

• Demonstrated AI mindset and experience leveraging automation in finance processes

• Collections efficiency: collect at least 95% of outstanding invoices within 30 days of due date

• Migrate 100% of bookkeeping, admin and finance operations functions in‑house within 90 days

• Comprehensive documentation of core finance processes

• Statutory compliance deadlines met 100% on VAT and tax filings
